Yes, it's true. According to this site this dude will be playing Arthur Curry on the upcoming series Mercy Reef.
What do you think? Is this good? Or is it a tragedy for all things?
Oh, and Ving Rhames is gonna be in the series too. As a lighthouse keeper. Insanity!

...well, he doesn't really match the Aquaman in my mind, but Tom Welling doesn't match my Superman either.

Mercy Reef? What does that sound like an ER show to me?

Ah, but Mercy Reef is actually appropriate: that was the name of the reef that baby Aquaman was left to die on.
Makes sense, but it doesn't quite have the name recognition Smallville does...
Well, just based on looks alone I already like him better than Will Toale. And I've seen him in a scene on Passions where he was tearing a strip off a bunch of people who did him wrong. He's got intensity, I'll say that for him.
He'll make a better Green Arrow anyway, lol.
I didn't like Smallville in the begining, then it became ok, now I'm eager to see Tom 'Kent' Weiling in the Kryptonian Uniform bearing the EL Family Crest on the Chest. hehehe
