I don't know. Jimmy Olsen's like a cockroach, and every time you get rid of one Robin, another pops up. Which is like cockroaches, too.
That's the startling secret of this issue! They're both Cockroach-Men! Or, perhaps, Cockroach-Women. It's the Silver Age, you can never tell.
Oh for...! Superman has x-ray vision! He can SEE that there aren't any bodies buried! Plus he has super hearing, so he HAS to know that Jimmy and Robin are smirking and shaking hands RIGHT BEHIND THEM! Oh, and Batman probably has little mirrors or something, so he can see them too.
But that's not what's driving me nuts. WHY do these two idiots think that faking their deaths is a good thing?
On the other hand, this IS the Silver Age, so what the heck do I know? I'm sure it all made sense in some bizarre sort of way...somehow.
But in addition to Robin's Robin-rangs (actually, I think he used batarangs just like the Big Guy) Robin and Jimmy have a new superpower that even Superman doesn't have: they can SHARE THOUGHTS!
